Just in: Bicycle Retailer says the Dahon-Tern lawsuit has been settled

It’s not white smoke from the Vatican or Justin Bieber’s latest haircut, but in the folding bike world, the end of one particular lawsuit is major news.

The trade publication Bicycle Retailer includes a note from Dahon’s David Hon:

The uncertainties of litigation that have plagued our brand these past two years have been amicably settled on mutually acceptable, confidential terms. Accordingly, we can now devote our complete focus to developing the excellent product that consumers have come to love in the last 30 years.

And so that appears to be that, whatever that is. Here’s the link.
